Obtain knowledge upon brands before you purchase. – A few trucks are simpler to work on or even find components for than others. With that in mind, do it yourself more to correct or service some equipment versus others. Remember, the longer your truck is in the shop, the more money you shed by not having it operating. Brands such as Altec, Hi-Ranger, and ETI are the most popular and subsequently cheaper/ quicker to work upon.
